We are constructing our franchise network as much as possible on the basis of clusters of branches rather than on a scattered approach.

This allows us to group and intensify the support we provide, which in turn enables our franchisees to achieve better economies of scale themselves and to benefit from cluster strengths in such areas as financial services back up and newspaper advertising.
